Job Overview

Our client is seeking an experienced Appointment Setter (Roofing Services) to join their team and help schedule free roof inspections for homeowners potentially affected by hail damage. This role is ideal for someone with strong outbound calling experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to engage prospects professionally while achieving performance targets. This is a part-time remote opportunity working as part of a collaborative appointment setting team covering various territories across Texas.

Schedule

Monday - Friday, 4:00 PM - 8:00 PM CST (20 work hours per week)

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to homeowners from provided lead lists to schedule free hail damage roof inspections.
• Follow company-provided scripts to introduce services and communicate the value of a free inspection.
• Accurately schedule appointments within designated time slots and confirm details with homeowners.
• Update and maintain lead lists, appointment records, and call outcomes in shared spreadsheets or CRM systems.
• Represent the company professionally and create a positive first impression with prospective customers.
• Track daily call volume, appointment conversion rates, and performance metrics.
• Collaborate with team members covering different geographic territories across Texas.

Requirements

• Prior experience in outbound calling, telemarketing, lead generation, or appointment setting.
• Ability to follow scripts while maintaining a natural and conversational tone.
• Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently during scheduled shifts.
• Comfortable using phone dialer systems, spreadsheets, and CRM tools.
• Strong customer service mindset and professionalism when interacting with homeowners.
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet work environment for making calls.
