Our client is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Outreach & CRM Coordinator to support their marketing and customer engagement efforts. In this role, you will manage outreach initiatives with existing customers, coordinate user-generated content campaigns, maintain CRM systems, and provide administrative support to help drive brand growth.

Schedule

Monday - Friday, Flexible Hours, AEST/AEDT (20 work hours per week)

Responsibilities

  • Conduct daily outreach to existing customers to recruit them for user-generated content creation
  • Manage all customer communications throughout the content coordination process
  • Distribute content creation guidelines and materials to participating customers
  • Maintain and update CRM records across Gorgias and Attio to ensure data accuracy
  • Manage spreadsheets and communication logs to keep outreach efforts organized
  • Provide general administrative support to support daily operations
  • Coordinate content submissions and hand off completed materials to the internal content team
  • Ensure CRM systems and communication platforms remain current and accurate
  • Support marketing initiatives by maintaining a steady pipeline of customer-created content
  • Adapt to additional administrative tasks as the role evolves and scales

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in customer support, customer outreach, or a similar role
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms, particularly Gorgias
  • Experience using spreadsheets and managing customer databases
  • Professional written communication friendly tone
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage high-volume outreach while maintaining personalization and quality
  • Experience supporting marketing or content-related initiatives is an advantage
