Join a growing Canadian real estate business as a detail-oriented Real Estate Administrative Assistant. In this role, you will manage contracts, maintain property listings, handle client communications, and provide essential administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Schedule
- Monday to Friday 4 hours per day flexible within business hours (9am to 6pm MST)
Responsibilities
- Prepare, review, and organize real estate contracts and transaction documents to ensure accuracy and timely completion
- Input and manage property listings across platforms including Facebook to maximize exposure
- Handle inbound and outbound communications including emails and phone calls on behalf of the agent
- Perform general clerical and administrative tasks to support day-to-day business operations
- Coordinate with clients and stakeholders to follow up on paperwork and documentation
- Assist with miscellaneous administrative tasks outside of real estate as workload permits
Requirements
- Prior experience in the Canadian real estate administration (MUST)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High level of attention to detail, especially when handling contracts and listings
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Adaptable and willing to learn new processes and tools as the business grows
