B2B Appointment Setter (SEO & Web Services)

Job Overview

Our client is seeking a motivated and proactive B2B Appointment Setter (SEO & Web Services) to drive outbound sales development. In this role, you will engage U.S.-based small business leads, communicate the value of digital marketing services, and secure qualified discovery or demo appointments for the sales and delivery team.

Schedule

Monday - Friday, Flexible 4 hours per day between 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST (20 work hours per week)

Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound cold and warm calls to U.S.-based small business leads to generate qualified appointments.
  • Communicate the value of web development and SEO services, highlighting gaps in the prospect's online presence.
  • Schedule discovery or demo appointments for the sales and delivery team to present customized solutions.
  • Pitch SEO audits and free website builds as lead-in offers to engage prospects and drive interest.
  • Track call outcomes, lead status, and appointment details to maintain an organized sales pipeline.
  • Follow up with warm leads who have received prior email outreach but have not yet responded.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in B2B cold calling, telemarketing, or appointment setting.
  • Professional English written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong objection-handling skills and the ability to engage reluctant prospects.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and maintain high call volumes.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing concepts such as SEO, web development, and online presence management.
  • High level of resilience and a results-driven mindset.
