Schedule: Monday - Friday, 20 work hours per week | Pacific Time
Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate calendar appointments and meetings to optimize scheduling efficiency.
- Conduct client outreach and follow-up communications to maintain strong client relationships.
- Assist with minimal marketing tasks as needed to support business development efforts.
- Handle administrative tasks and general business operations to streamline workflows.
- Maintain organized systems for task management and project coordination.
Requirements
- Proven experience working as a Administrative Assistant for American companies with excellent communication skills.
- Strong proficiency in calendar management and scheduling coordination tools.
- Experience with client communication and outreach activities.
- Familiarity with project management platforms such as Asana or Monday.com.
- Ability to work independently during set hours aligned with Pacific Time business operations.
Qualifications
- Previous experience supporting creative professionals or service-based businesses.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook for calendar management and communication.
- Experience with sales administration or lead management tasks.
