Overview:

We are seeking a Social Media & Email Marketing Specialist (Canva Design) to manage and execute social media and email marketing campaigns that enhance brand visibility, engagement, and lead nurturing efforts. The role involves creating visually consistent marketing materials using Canva, proactively engaging and following up with private leads through email outreach, and maintaining strong client communication. You will also support back-end marketing operations and contribute creative ideas to help drive business growth and overall marketing effectiveness.

Schedule:

• Flexible time between 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM GMT
• Part-time role starting at 20 hours per week with potential to increase hours over time
• Working UK business hours to align with client communication needs

Responsibilities:

• Manage and execute social media marketing campaigns to drive brand visibility and engagement
• Design email marketing banners and content using Canva to maintain brand consistency
• Nurture and follow up with private leads through email outreach to keep prospects engaged
• Proactively suggest creative marketing ideas and strategies to support business growth
• Contact and communicate with clients professionally via phone and email
• Oversee back-end marketing operations including design management and content scheduling

Requirements:

• Proven experience in social media marketing and email marketing
• Proficiency in Canva for graphic design and content creation
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional phone manner
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and take initiative
• High level of creativity and attention to detail
• Experience in lead nurturing and client engagement strategies
