Senior B2B Lead Generation Specialist

Job Overview

Our client is looking for a Senior B2B Lead Generation Specialist to support two primary client accounts: a CRM and AI integration company and a property investment business. This role involves close collaboration with the business owner to align on strategy, share insights, and leverage the existing tech stack.

Schedule

Monday – Friday, Flexible during client business hours (20 work hours per week)

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute multi-channel lead generation campaigns targeting businesses seeking CRM automation and AI integration services
  • Identify and engage highly interested property investors looking to purchase property across Australia
  • Generate a minimum of 10 to 20 qualified leads per month for key client accounts
  • Manage and optimize outreach efforts across email marketing, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms
  • Qualify prospects and schedule appointments for the sales team to maximize conversion opportunities
  • Continuously evaluate, recommend, and implement tools and strategies to improve lead generation performance and enhance lead quality
  • Collaborate closely with the business owner to align on strategy, share insights, and leverage the existing tech stack

Requirements

  • Senior-level experience in B2B lead generation, preferably within the technology, CRM, or business automation space
  • Proven ability to take initiative and independently develop lead generation strategies
  • Strong understanding of outbound prospecting channels including email marketing and LinkedIn outreach
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High level of attention to detail and ability to manage multiple client campaigns simultaneously
