Spanish Bilingual Lead Generation & Appointment Setting Specialist

Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated Spanish Bilingual Lead Generation & Appointment Setting Specialist to support business growth through proactive outbound prospecting and relationship-building with brokers and lenders across the United States. This role is responsible for conducting high-volume cold calls, generating qualified leads, scheduling appointments for the management team, and maintaining accurate records within the CRM system. The ideal candidate has prior experience in the mortgage or real estate industry, strong bilingual communication skills, and a results-driven approach to converting prospects into business opportunities. 

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00am-4:00pm or 9:00am-5:00pm EST

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound cold calls to brokers and lenders to expand business reach
  • Perform nationwide lead generation and identify new potential clients
  • Set up and schedule appointments for the management team
  • Update the CRM system with detailed call logs and prospect information
  • Manage consistent follow-ups with potential clients via phone and email
  • Organize and maintain lead lists in Google Sheets or CRM formats
  • Bridge communication gaps for Spanish-speaking brokers and lenders

Requirements:

  • Professional proficiency in English and Spanish, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience using CRM platforms (HubSpot preferred)
  • Experience in lead generation and prospect research
  • Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Strong data entry and spreadsheet management skills
  • Experience researching mortgage brokers, lenders, real estate professionals, or financial services professionals
  • Cold calling and outbound calling experience
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage tasks independently
  • Availability to work during U.S. business hours
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working toward performance goals (KPIs)
  • Ability to commit to a minimum of 20 hours per week (Part-Time) or 40 hours per week (Full-Time)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the mortgage, lending, real estate, title, appraisal, or financial services industries

  • Experience building prospect databases

  • Business development or sales support experience
