Job Overview
Our client is looking for a Credit Repair Dispute Specialist to join their team. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for client inquiries via phone and collaborate directly with the business owner to ensure a seamless client experience.
Schedule
Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM CT (20 work hours per week)
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound client calls and address questions regarding their credit repair progress
- Serve as the first point of contact for client inquiries via phone
- Operate within the client's existing VoIP phone system (Spectrum Voice)
- Manage the dispute process using Credit Cloud, including preparing and sending out dispute letters on behalf of clients
- Maintain accurate client records and ensure timely follow-up on all open cases
- Provide professional and empathetic client-facing support to build trust and retention
- Learn and stay current on credit repair processes, regulations, and best practices
- Assist with general administrative tasks such as scheduling, email management, and documentation
- Collaborate directly with the business owner to ensure seamless client experience
Requirements
- Previous experience in an administrative or customer service role, preferably within financial services or credit repair
- Credit repair or any Financial background is required
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional phone presence
- High level of attention to detail when handling sensitive financial client information
- Ability to learn new software systems quickly, particularly credit management platforms
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
