Job Overview

Our client is looking for an Inbound Sales Lead Coordinator to support operations across two companies specializing in automatic gates and garage doors. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for all customer inquiries and lead follow-ups, ensuring timely responses to maximize conversion and scheduling rates. You will also collaborate with the office manager to ensure seamless back-office operations and utilize a cloud-based dialer with a local U.S. area code for all phone communications.

Schedule

• Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM PST, with 1 hour break (40 work hours per week) *Potential Saturday shifts as needed.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and respond promptly to leads from multiple sources including Yelp, Thumbtack, and web forms
• Conduct outbound follow-up calls and messages to warm leads to secure appointments
• Manage and update the CRM with accurate client records, appointment details, and lead status
• Schedule service appointments and coordinate calendars for two separate companies
• Communicate professionally with clients via phone, email, and SMS throughout the inquiry and booking process
• Provide light personal assistant support including meeting reminders and calendar management

Requirements

• Professional verbal and written English communication skills
• Previous experience in sales, outreach support, or business development experience
• Familiarity with CRM systems and scheduling workflows
• High level of attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Comfortable handling a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment
