Responsibilities
- Odoo System Management: Manage daily bookkeeping tasks and maintain accurate, up-to-date financial records within Odoo.
- AP/AR Processing: Process accounts payable invoices and accounts receivable billing workflows efficiently to ensure balanced ledger tracking.
- Cash Flow Monitoring: Perform regular bank reconciliations and actively monitor operational cash flow trends within the system.
- Financial Asset Reporting: Prepare comprehensive weekly and monthly financial statements alongside structured management reports.
- Compliance Assurance: Review and audit all financial documentation entries to ensure strict compliance with relevant accounting standards.
- Strategic Collaboration: Collaborate directly with the management team to deliver timely financial insights, progress logs, and structural metrics.
Requirements
- Professional Experience: 2-5 years of proven professional bookkeeping or accounting experience.
- Software Competency: Practical, hands-on experience and deep operational proficiency with Odoo software platforms.
- Accounting Principles: Strong structural understanding of general accounting principles, financial workflows, and tax practices.
- Data Precision: High level of attention to detail combined with an absolute commitment to data accuracy and ledger integrity.
- Linguistic Standard: Excellent written and verbal English communication skills optimized for clear remote reporting and cross-functional updates.
- Autonomy & Infrastructure: Ability to work independently, meet deadlines in a remote environment, and maintain a highly stable internet connection and hardware setup.
