P&C Insurance Customer Service & Administrative Support Specialist

Job Overview

Our client is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented P&C Insurance Customer Service & Administrative Support Specialist  to join their team. In this role, you will be a key support asset for insurance agency operations and client service delivery, reporting directly to the business owner for day-to-day task support. You will handle both inbound client communications and internal administrative processes with a focus on improving operational efficiency and client satisfaction.

Schedule

  • Monday - Friday, 9:30 AM - 5:30 PM CST, (35 work hours per week)

Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming phone calls and provide professional front-line customer service to policyholders and clients
  • Perform back-office administrative tasks including data entry, document filing, and record management
  • Support day-to-day insurance agency operations to ensure smooth workflow and service delivery
  • Assist with processing insurance-related documentation (policies, claims, updates, renewals)
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in agency systems
  • Coordinate and follow up on client inquiries to ensure timely resolution and high customer satisfaction

Requirements

  • Experience with Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance (must have)
  • Experience with agency management systems (Preferably  Momentum, NowCert)
  • Experience in financial services, brokerage, or underwriting support is highly preferred
  • Professional English communication skills for international business calls.
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision
