Our client is seeking a highly motivated Appointment Setter to join their remote team. In this role, you will engage with pre-qualified leads, schedule appointments, and maintain accurate records to support business growth. 

Schedule

Monday - Friday, flexible hours during Sacramento, CA business hours (20 work hours per week)

Responsibilities

  • Conduct high-volume outbound calls to pre-qualified leads from provided contact lists
  • Deliver scripted pitches to prospective candidates, clearly communicating the company's value proposition and opportunities
  • Secure appointments by confirming dates, times, and preferred contact methods with interested prospects
  • Collect, verify, and update contact information, including email addresses and phone numbers
  • Accurately track call outcomes, lead statuses, and scheduled appointments within CRM systems
  • Maintain a professional, engaging, and persuasive phone presence to maximize conversions
  • Collaborate with management to refine scripts and outreach strategies based on campaign performance
  • Utilize client-provided dialing systems (such as JustCall) and CRM tools effectively
  • Meet or exceed daily and weekly outreach KPIs and appointment-setting targets
  • Support future lead generation initiatives targeting business owners and key decision-makers

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in outbound calling, appointment setting, telemarketing, or sales development
  • Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear, professional, and conversational tone
  • Ability to follow scripts while maintaining a natural and persuasive communication style
  • Strong attention to detail when capturing and recording prospect information
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Comfortable meeting performance metrics and KPIs
  • Experience using CRM platforms and dialer tools such as JustCall or similar systems
  • Proficiency with AI tools to improve productivity and workflow efficiency is highly preferred
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Experience in the insurance, financial services, or wealth management industry is a plus
  • Prior experience engaging business owners or executive-level decision-makers is an advantage

  • Experience with lead generation and sales outreach campaigns
  • Familiarity with appointment-setting best practices in B2B environments
