Schedule:
- Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM Bloomington, MN time [with 30 minutes of unpaid break] (8 hours per day, 40 hours per week)
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage end-to-end technical projects from planning to execution and delivery.
- Utilize technical project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, Jira, ClickUp, or similar) to track milestones, timelines, and deliverables.
- Develop and maintain detailed technical documentation, SOPs, workflows, and system guides.
- Manage and organize data systems, ensuring data integrity, accuracy, and security compliance.
- Quickly learn and navigate complex technical platforms and software systems.
- Act as the liaison between stakeholders, technical teams, and leadership.
- Identify process gaps and recommend system or workflow improvements.
- Monitor project risks, troubleshoot issues, and implement effective solutions.
- Support system integrations, software implementations, and digital process optimization.
- Maintain structured communication using Google Workspace and other collaboration tools.
- Leverage AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT and similar technologies) to enhance documentation, reporting, and operational efficiency.
- Ensure adherence to data security and compliance standards where applicable.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager with a strong IT or technical background.
- Solid understanding of technical systems, software platforms, and digital workflows.
- Experience with project management tools such as Trello, Jira, Asana, ClickUp, or similar platforms.
- Strong knowledge of data management, system organization, and technical documentation.
- Ability to understand and learn complex technical systems quickly.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Experience managing cross-functional teams or stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and other digital collaboration tools.
- Prior experience in healthcare or related IT project management roles is a plus.
