Job Overview

Our client is looking for a strategic and creative Social Media Manager to oversee and grow their digital presence. In this role, you will manage both the Alpha Physique brand account and a personal influencer account across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and eventually YouTube. You will be responsible for content planning, graphic design, video editing, community engagement, and performance tracking to elevate the brand's social ecosystem.

Schedule

• Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM AEST, with 1 hour break (40 work hours per week)

Responsibilities

• Plan, batch, and schedule content across all social media platforms to ensure a consistent and strategic posting cadence
• Research trending topics, viral content formats, and industry-relevant inspiration to inform content creation
• Create graphics and edit short-form video reels to maintain brand consistency across channels
• Monitor engagement across brand and personal accounts, responding to comments and fostering community interaction
• Conduct organic outreach by identifying and engaging with ideal client profiles to grow the brand's social ecosystem
• Deliver weekly and monthly performance reports highlighting top-performing content, engagement metrics, and growth insights
• Maintain and update existing KPI trackers to monitor engagement, reach, and content performance
• Collaborate with the videographer by providing trend-based content briefs and creative direction
• Support future email campaign setup and management within Go High Level as the role evolves

Requirements

• Proven experience in social media management, preferably within the fitness or wellness industry
• Proficiency with Canva and CapCut for graphic design and short-form video editing
• Strong understanding of social media algorithms, trends, and audience engagement strategies
• Proactive and strategic mindset with the ability to analyse content performance and adjust plans accordingly
• Exhibits outstanding written communication skills, articulating thoughts with clarity, confidence, and professionalism
• Ability to receive and give constructive feedback in a fast-paced environment
