Overview

We are seeking a Medical Biller with strong end-to-end revenue cycle experience to support multiple US-based healthcare clients. This is a hands-on billing role covering claims follow-up, payment posting, denial management, insurance verification, and appeals processing. The role requires strong medical billing expertise and CRM/EHR system experience to ensure accurate, timely reimbursement and clean billing operations.

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (US-based operations)

Responsibilities

• Conduct claim follow-ups and research to ensure timely reimbursement across assigned client accounts
• Verify insurance eligibility and complete verbal insurance verifications by contacting payers directly
• Accurately post payments and reconcile billing records within the client’s EHR system
• Manage denials, identify root causes, and submit appeals with complete documentation
• Process end-to-end appeals workflows, ensuring timely filing compliance
• Maintain and update live client tracker spreadsheets for real-time account visibility
• Communicate with client front desk teams via WhatsApp for billing and insurance-related queries
• Handle outbound insurance calls using RingCentral
• Handle full-cycle medical billing operations from claim submission to payment resolution
• Collaborate closely with internal billing teams to ensure quality and turnaround standards

Requirements

• Must be a strong Medical Biller / Revenue Cycle Specialist (RCM professional) with hands-on, end-to-end experience in US healthcare billing
• Proven medical billing experience is a MUST (claims, denials, appeals, payment posting)
• Strong understanding of CPT codes, ICD/diagnosis codes, and timely filing rules
• Experience using CureMD or similar EHR/practice management systems (CRM experience required)
• Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously
• Strong attention to detail and high accuracy in data entry and documentation
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment
