Administrative Assistant
Overview
We are seeking a full-time Administrative Assistant to serve as the first point of contact for customers, tenants, owners, and vendors. This role is ideal for someone with strong administrative and customer service skills, along with working knowledge of AppFolio and property management operations.
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming phone calls and provide professional customer service
- Respond to emails, text messages, and inquiries received through AppFolio
- Serve as the primary point of contact and route inquiries to the appropriate team members
- Maintain accurate records and update information within AppFolio
- Assist with general administrative, clerical, and data entry tasks
- Support day-to-day office and property management operations
- Manage multiple priorities while ensuring timely follow-up and communication
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of property management experience
- Working knowledge of AppFolio property management software is required
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Professional, reliable, and customer-focused attitude
Schedule
- Full-time position (40 hours/week), Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm PST with a one hour of unpaid break
- Standard business hours
