Referral Appointment Setter (NDIS & Allied Health)

Job Overview

Our client is seeking a motivated, high-energy, and results-driven Referral Appointment Setter (NDIS & Allied Health) to drive referral opportunities within the Australian healthcare and disability sectors. In this role, you will lead outbound phone outreach campaigns to build strong pipelines, qualify leads, and establish strategic partnerships. The ideal candidate is a proactive communicator who thrives in high-volume outreach environments and can effectively navigate professional spaces to secure high-value appointments for business growth.

Schedule

Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM AEST (40 work hours per week)

Responsibilities

  • Conduct high-volume outbound calls (approximately 200 per day) to NDIS providers, local area coordinators, and doctor surgeries to generate referral opportunities.
  • Set qualified appointments for the principal psychologist to meet with key stakeholders and establish ongoing referral relationships.
  • Manage and update lead records and campaign activity within Go High Level CRM.
  • Support the development and execution of email funnel sequences to nurture prospective referral partners.
  • Track and follow up on warm leads, missed calls, and prior conversations to maximize conversion opportunities.
  • Contribute to campaign reporting by logging call outcomes and maintaining accurate contact data.
  • Collaborate with the business owner to refine scripts, pitches, and campaign targeting over time.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in outbound telemarketing, cold calling, or appointment setting.
  • Strong ability to build rapport quickly and communicate persuasively over the phone.
  • High level of conscientiousness and attention to detail when managing lead data.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and maintain consistent daily output.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms and willingness to learn new systems.
  • Experience working from designated lead lists with the ability to conduct self-directed prospect research over time.

Operational Details

  • Initial focus on outbound calling campaigns targeting NDIS providers and allied health referral sources.
  • Opportunity to progress into an account management role as referral relationships mature.
  • A commission structure will be introduced alongside the base rate to incentivize successful appointment outcomes.
