Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly innovative and technically agile Full-Stack Engineer (AI-Augmented) to join our forward-thinking development team. In this role, you will represent the future of software engineering by seamlessly blending traditional coding mastery with cutting-edge, autonomous AI developer agents like Manus AI. You will take full ownership of building, optimizing, and scaling responsive, database-backed web applications using a modern tech stack (Next.js, React, and Vercel). Schedule:

• 40 hours per week 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM EST

Responsibilities:

Full-Stack Web Development & Modern Tech Stack (40%)

• Frontend Execution: Develop and maintain clean, responsive, and pixel-perfect web interfaces using modern frameworks (Next.js, React, TailWind CSS, etc.).
• Backend & Integrations: Implement robust serverless backends, secure user authentication systems, database structures (SQL/NoSQL), and secure third-party API integrations (e.g., Stripe Payments, CRM integrations).
• SEO & Performance Optimization: Ensure all web properties are optimized for speed, dual-rendered for maximum SEO indexing (Google & ChatGPT), and fully responsive across all screen viewports.

AI-Native Workflow & Automation with Manus (30%)

• AI Scaffolding: Utilize the Manus AI agent ecosystem and open-source OpenManus frameworks to rapidly research concepts, auto-generate application architectures, and build out dynamic logic-heavy components (like pricing calculators or product configurators).
• Workflow Automation: Integrate custom API connections and Model Context Protocol (MCP) systems through Manus to build highly automated multi-tool workflows.
• Rapid Prototyping: Accelerate the time-to-market for new landing pages and features by guiding Manus’s browser and sandbox operators to code, test, and deploy functional prototypes from natural language prompts.

Git-Flow, Code Control & Deployment Pipelines (30%)

• Version Control (GitHub): Manage clean branches, resolve pull requests, and organize team collaboration using strict GitHub protocols.
• Continuous Integration/Deployment (Vercel): Configure and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines in Vercel to ensure zero-downtime, instantaneous deployments of static and dynamic assets.
• Code Export & Refactoring: Take full ownership of code generated via AI assistants, exporting it seamlessly into standard GitHub repositories, auditing it for clean security practices, and refactoring it for production readiness.

Requirements:

• Experience: 3+ years of professional experience in Full-Stack Web Development (specifically utilizing React, Next.js, and Node.js).
• AI Tooling Mastery (Mandatory): Hands-on experience working with Manus AI (web/desktop workspace, sandbox testing, API tools) or OpenManus framework to generate, iterate, and deploy full-stack applications.
• DevOps & Infrastructure: Strong experience deploying, configuring environment variables, managing domains, and running analytics inside Vercel.
• Advanced Version Control: Complete mastery of GitHub (branching, merging, resolving conflicts, setting up GitHub actions/workflows).
• Technical Agility: A builder mindset. You are excited about the intersection of software development and artificial intelligence, and you naturally find ways to use AI agents to write code 10x faster than traditional methods.
