Our client is seeking a high-energy, Spanish Bilingual Merchant Services Sales Specialist (Payment Processing & POS) to drive merchant acquisition within the highly competitive US payment processing and Point of Sale (POS) systems industry. In this full-time remote role, you will be the direct outbound engine targeting US-based business owners—with a strategic focus on Spanish-speaking merchants. Your goal is to spark interest in the company's credit card processing solutions, qualify leads, and execute seamless live transfers to closing agents based in Florida. This position demands a resilient phone hunter who combines conversational eloquence with a disciplined approach to high-volume outbound metrics.

Responsibilities
- Outbound Prospecting & Lead Nurturing: Execute high-volume outbound calling campaigns using the firm's integrated dialer software, systematically working through provided merchant lead lists; conduct persuasive, professional sales pitches fluently in both Spanish and English; pitch competitive merchant services, lower transaction fees, and advanced POS hardware solutions.
- Appointment Setting & Live Transfers: Qualify business owners on their current processing volumes, existing contract terms, and hardware pain points to uncover sales opportunities; execute immediate, warm live transfers of deeply interested prospects directly to Florida-based closing agents; secure firm, qualified presentation appointments for the US sales team when live transfers cannot be completed immediately.
- Data Hygiene & Performance Optimization: Maintain meticulous call records, log precise disposition codes, and provide real-time lead updates within the central platform database; actively implement strategic script adjustments and performance tweaks based on daily feedback loops with the campaign manager.
Requirements
- Linguistic Mastery: Complete professional fluency in both Spanish and English is mandatory. Must possess dual-language capabilities with clear and confident delivery over the phone.
- Industry Knowledge: Proven experience in merchant processing, payment solutions, or Point-of-Sale (POS) systems, with a solid understanding of how businesses accept, process, and manage electronic payments.
- Sales Footprint: Proven professional experience in outbound cold calling, B2B telemarketing, lead generation, or remote appointment setting.
- Phone Presence: A highly professional, respectful, energetic, and articulate communication style that establishes quick rapport with business gatekeepers.
- Operational Discipline: Exceptional attendance metrics, personal work ethic, and the mental stamina required to maintain high calling volume throughout an entire shift.
