Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Campaign Manager (Content Creators/Streamers) to oversee the planning, execution, and management of high-volume marketing activations. In this role, you will coordinate up to 100 campaigns per month, serving as the primary liaison between internal teams and external brand partners. The ideal candidate excels at managing multiple priorities simultaneously and possesses exceptional project management skills to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.

Responsibilities

Campaign Planning & Execution

  • Manage the full lifecycle of multiple monthly campaign activations, from initial briefing through completion and reporting.
  • Develop detailed campaign briefs, timelines, schedules, and deliverables.
  • Monitor campaign progress to ensure deadlines, quality standards, and objectives are met.
  • Maintain consistent processes and documentation throughout campaign execution.

Internal Collaboration

  • Coordinate closely with Talent teams regarding talent availability, content requirements, and campaign schedules.
  • Partner with Sales teams to align campaign execution with client objectives, contractual requirements, and budget considerations.
  • Provide regular updates to stakeholders on campaign status, milestones, and deliverables.

Brand Partner Management

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned brand partners.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and expectation management.
  • Provide campaign updates, address concerns, and ensure a positive client experience throughout campaign delivery.

Performance Monitoring & Reporting

  • Track campaign KPIs and performance metrics to evaluate effectiveness and ROI.
  • Prepare post-campaign reports highlighting outcomes, insights, recommendations, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Utilize performance data to optimize future campaign strategies and execution.

Problem Resolution & Risk Management

  • Identify campaign risks, roadblocks, or conflicts and proactively implement solutions.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve issues efficiently.
  • Escalate critical concerns when necessary and provide actionable recommendations.

Process Improvement

  • Evaluate existing workflows and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and scalability.
  • Maintain campaign documentation, SOPs, and best-practice guidelines.
  • Support a culture of continuous improvement through process optimization and knowledge sharing.
