Telemarketing Agent

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound B2B cold calls to prospects in the US market using a provided lead list and script
  • Clearly explain the company's lead generation service and its value proposition to potential clients
  • Qualify interested prospects by gathering key business information before handing them off to the closing team
  • Track and log all call activity, outcomes, and prospect details accurately
  • Maintain a professional and persuasive tone to build trust with skeptical prospects
  • Collaborate with the closing team to ensure a smooth handoff of qualified leads

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in B2B cold calling or outbound telemarketing in the HVAC field
  • Excellent English communication skills with a clear and professional phone presence
  • Ability to follow a script while adapting naturally to the flow of conversation
  • Strong resilience and ability to handle objections and rejection professionally
  • High level of attention to detail when capturing prospect information
  • Ability to work independently during US business hours

Scope:

  • Part-time role starting at 20 hours per week with the potential to scale to full-time based on performance
  • Calling prospects in the US market during US business hours (evening Estonian time)
  • Lead lists and calling scripts will be provided by the client
  • Commission structure available for successful client conversions
  • VoIP system (e.g., JustCall) will be provided for making international calls
