Work Schedule: 40hrs per week, Flexible within client's business hours | Australian Eastern Time
Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to medical clinics and GPs to drive platform awareness and subscription sign-ups
- Engage with practice managers, clinic owners, and doctors to communicate the value of the HeartReach Help ecosystem
- Strategically target doctors within proximity of existing clinics to facilitate job applications and revenue generation
- Identify and onboard new clinics for doctors who are relocating to areas without current platform coverage
- Maintain accurate records of outreach activity, leads, and conversions within the custom CRM
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly KPIs related to sign-ups, calls made, and doctor-clinic matches
Requirements:
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in telemarketing, outbound sales, or business development
- Strong ability to articulate the value of a subscription-based platform to diverse stakeholders
- Self-motivated and results-driven with the ability to work independently in a remote setting
- High level of attention to detail when managing leads and updating CRM records
- Willingness to complete a structured 13-module training program and leverage AI-based support tools
