Job Overview
This London-founded AI professional services firm partners with global leaders in investment management, trade, and marketing to deploy rigorous, high-quality AI solutions. As an AI Online Events and Content Marketing Coordinator, you will work closely with the CEO Co-Founder to manage and scale core marketing, website maintenance (WordPress/Divi), and sales support processes. The role requires a detail-oriented professional with a strong foundation in social media, presentation development, and SEO to drive productivity using enterprise AI. This is a part-time (20 hours/week), permanent home-based independent contractor position tailored for a self-driven individual eager to advance their marketing and AI skills within the UK and Australian markets.
Schedule: Flexible during UK business hours with specific event attendance/work between 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM UK Time (20 hours per week)
Responsibilities
1. Content Development (30% Weighting)
Objective: Manage delivery of high-quality content marketing.
- AI Insights Content: Transform raw topics, rough notes, images, and event materials into high-impact, ~600-word blog posts. Handle image editing and ensure high-quality blog layout/design. Adapt these blogs into professional-looking LinkedIn posts to maximize impressions and engagement.
- Target: Average 2-5 published blogs or LinkedIn posts per week each month (some weeks in a month can be more or less but aim avg. 1 per day). Maintain an excellence standard requiring minimal CEO review time (aim over time to achieve < 15 minutes of CEO review and edit).
- AI Use Case Content: Conduct basic research and leverage past company content to develop and continuously elevate blogs covering AI applications/use cases within our specialized markets (Investment Management and Marketing).
- Target: Average 1 case study blog post per week published on the website and LinkedIn.
- Website & SEO/GEO Maintenance: Optimize all web content for traditional SEO (using tools like Rank Math), as well as GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) and AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) for AI-based search. Periodically audit and update website text, design, and imagery via WordPress/Divi to refresh and reflect the latest AI trends.
- Target: Minimum of 1 comprehensive website update (covering 6 pages) per month.
2. Presentation Support & Event Coordination (50% Weighting)
Objective: Deliver operational smoothness and excellence in practical AI training, workshops, webinars, and presentations.
- Deck & Agenda Management: Create and refresh AI training, workshop, webinar, and sales decks to ensure quality content (clarity, brevity, grammar), design (layouts, fonts, colors), and branding. Manage the time-tracking agenda to ensure slides and session pacing align..
- Target: Average of 1 deck refreshed/developed per week, with good planning to ensure final versions fully approved 7 days before delivery.
- Event & Webinar Logistics: Proactively plan and manage the event/training calendar. Coordinate attendees' registration,e speakers, trainers, and partners across regional time zones (UK and Australia), set up MS Teams/Zoom links, and distribute pre-work materials (surveys, pre-readings).
- Target: Proactive planning to target all preparations 7 days before the session, and seamlessly integrate survey results into the course framework for future improvement.
- Live Session Support: For some events/training, you will be required to provide real-time operational support during live sessions, mainly tracking module timing against the agenda, managing speaker transitions, and capturing notes/images for downstream content marketing.
- Target: Ensure module time variance does not exceed 15% of the allocated agenda time and have quality content and images for content development
3. Process Documentation and Improvement (20% Weighting)
Objective: Systematically document or update plans and processes from your work to improve them.
- Content Plan: Collaborate with the CEO to define, map out, and continuously iterate a basic content plan.
- Documentation & SOPs: Create, maintain, and regularly update standard operating procedures for your areas of responsibility, incorporating ongoing feedback.
- Performance Tracking: Agree and document your personal Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) and areas you would like support in developing with the CEO, and review them weekly to meet and exceed standards.

Objective: Act as a dependable, self-driven, high-quality delivery foundational asset to the leadership team. In a fast-paced AI professional services firm, operational and quality dependability is critical. You will be expected to excel in the following areas:
- Protecting Executive Time: Deliver outputs (such as insights and use-case blogs) in your assigned areas of responsibility so that you require minimal final review by the CEO (aim for <15 minutes) and aim to achieve zero repeated feedback. Your work should consistently be of executive-level quality.
- Protecting Confidentiality & Security: We operate in highly regulated sectors (e.g., financial services). You will be required to sign a confidentiality agreement and strictly adhere to robust cybersecurity measures, ensuring client data is handled and stored with the utmost care.
- Operational Execution: Training logistics require tight turnarounds (materials ready 7 days prior). True reliability means speakers are synchronized, the deck looks impressive, technical links work perfectly, and live modules stay strictly on schedule.
- Human-in-the-Loop Quality Control: While you will be encouraged to leverage AI to drive productivity, you maintain full ownership of the final output. You do not simply "copy-paste" AI generation; you meticulously fact-check, edit, and ensure all work meets our high human-quality standards.
Requirements
- Experience: 2–3 years of proven experience in digital marketing (content writing, social media management, SEO, online events, or sales support roles).
- Language Skills: Exceptional English copywriting, copyediting, and professional proofreading skills suited for an executive/technical audience.
- AI Technical Comfort: Active interest and immediate capability to learn and adopt advanced corporate AI platforms, specifically Google Gemini Pro and Google NotebookLM.
- Platform Proficiency: * CMS: WordPress (Must have hands-on experience with Divi Builder).
- SEO: Experience with RankMath or similar; fundamental understanding or eagerness to train in GEO (Generative Engine Optimisation) and AEO (Answer Engine Optimisation).
- Design & Workspace: Canva (basic image/video formatting), MS PowerPoint / Google Slides, and Google Drive ecosystem.
- Events: MS Teams / Zoom logistics management.
- Work Style: Excellence driven in achieving and improving to high standards of work, strong sense of responsibility and accountability to deliver, strong and reliable work ethic, extremely detail-oriented, capable of managing strict daily deadlines independently, and comfortable communicating across global time zones and with a business audience (UK and Australia).
