Educational Sales Agent – Spanish Speaking

Role Overview:

You will contact and engage with warm, pre-qualified leads who have already shown interest in educational programs. Your primary focus is selling courses and learning programs to Spanish-speaking prospects, achieving a daily target of 3 sales. You will need to stay current on approximately 10 different course offerings that change monthly, conduct sales calls during business hours, build rapport with prospects, understand their educational needs, and follow up to close sales.

Schedule:

  • Mondays to Thursdays, 9:30 am to 3:30 pm (Atlantic Standard Time), with 1-hour unpaid break (20 hours per week)

Scope:

  • Remote work arrangement
  • Focus on the Spanish-speaking market in Latin America
  • Working with pre-qualified hot leads (not cold calling)
  • Monthly product training is required as course offerings change
  • Performance measured by daily sales targets and conversion rates
  • Potential for role expansion and additional team members based on success

Responsibilities:

  • Contact and engage with hot leads provided by the company who have expressed interest in educational programs
  • Sell educational courses and learning programs to Spanish-speaking prospects
  • Achieve daily sales targets of 3 sales per day from qualified leads
  • Learn and stay current on approximately 10 different course offerings that change monthly
  • Conduct sales calls during designated business hours (9:00 AM - 5:00 PM timeframe)
  • Build rapport with prospects and understand their educational needs and goals
  • Follow up with interested prospects to close sales and answer questions about programs

Requirements:

  • Native or fluent Spanish speaker
  • Proven B2C sales experience (minimum 3+ years preferred)
  • Experience in the education industry sales is highly preferred but not required
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills
  • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new product offerings monthly
  • Self-motivated and results-driven with the ability to meet daily sales targets
  • Comfortable working remotely with a reliable internet connection
  • Available to work 4 hours daily during business hours (9:00 AM - 5:00 PM)
