We're looking for a TikTok Creator Recruiter & Talent Manager who lives and breathes social media. In this role, you'll discover and recruit talented creators, help them grow their audiences and earnings through TikTok Live, and play a key role in expanding a rapidly growing creator network. You'll work directly with creators, collaborate with TikTok support teams, and develop strategies that drive engagement, revenue, and long-term success.

Responsibilities

• Source and recruit talented new creators to the TikTok Live network.
• Identify "social media junkies" who understand platform trends and engagement.
• Manage a portfolio of creators to maximize their revenue and income.
• Handle communication and Live support tickets with TikTok on behalf of the agency.
• Oversee performance-based growth strategies for individual creators.
• Coordinate commission splits and revenue tracking for agency growth.
• Report on recruitment targets and creator retention metrics.

Requirements

• Extensive familiarity with the TikTok platform and TikTok Live ecosystem.
• Must possess a personal TikTok account for agency integration.
• Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Strong interpersonal skills for managing creator relationships.
• Ability to work in a performance-driven, high-growth environment.
• Highly proactive with a "junkie" level understanding of social media.
• Experience with agency-side communications or support ticketing.

Scope

• Targeting TikTok-specific live creators to join the agency network.
• Operating under the agency's established LLC framework with TikTok.
• Available for both part-time (20 hrs/week) and full-time (40 hrs/week) options.
• Hybrid compensation model involving base salary plus performance incentives.
• Focus on high-volume recruitment to build the creator pool.
• Strategic management of 60/30 commission splits for creators.
