Marketing Operations Assistant (AI & Campaign Coordination)
Schedule: Full-Time (40+ hours per week)

Role Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and tech-savvy Marketing Operations Assistant to support day-to-day marketing execution, campaign coordination, and operational workflows.
This role focuses on marketing project management, AI-assisted content creation, campaign organization, landing page updates, and process improvement.
The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys bringing structure to creative teams, understands digital marketing workflows, and can coordinate between founders, sales teams, designers, editors, copywriters, and other stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Operations & Campaign Coordination
- Coordinate the end-to-end creation and delivery of marketing assets
- Manage timelines and communication between creative and marketing teams
- Organize campaign materials including:
- Creative assets
- Copy documents
- Landing pages
- Advertising materials
- Video content
- Support campaign launches and perform quality checks before publishing
- Ensure marketing tasks are completed according to established workflows
- Maintain trackers and provide visibility on project progress
AI-Assisted Content & Creative Support
- Use AI tools to support faster content creation and marketing execution
- Create and refine marketing copy using tools such as:
- ChatGPT
- Claude
- Gemini
- Similar AI platforms
- Assist with direct-response advertising copy creation
- Support Video Sales Letter (VSL) script creation and improvements
- Turn ideas, notes, and briefs into structured marketing materials
- Improve content output through AI-assisted workflows
Landing Pages & Digital Marketing Support
- Build, edit, and update landing pages using no-code or low-code platforms
- Upload and organize marketing content across different digital platforms
- Support conversion-focused improvements to marketing pages
- Assist with basic funnel updates and campaign setup
- Ensure all digital assets are accurate, organized, and brand-aligned
Marketing Systems & Documentation
- Maintain marketing trackers, reporting systems, and documentation
- Create and update SOPs for repeatable marketing workflows
- Organize internal files, processes, and campaign documentation
- Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency
- Help create scalable systems that reduce manual work
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Marketing Assistant, Marketing Coordinator, Marketing VA, or similar role
- Strong understanding of digital marketing operations
- Excellent written English communication skills
- Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar platforms
- Basic understanding of direct-response marketing principles
- Familiarity with paid advertising workflows including:
- Meta Ads
- Google Ads
- LinkedIn Ads
- Ability to coordinate multiple projects and stakeholders at the same time
- Strong organization skills and high attention to detail
- Comfortable following SOPs and improving existing processes
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Highly Regarded Skills & Experience
- Experience working with founders, startups, or fast-moving marketing teams
- Experience coordinating with:

- Experience with landing page builders and funnel tools
- Knowledge of CRM or marketing automation platforms
- Experience creating VSL scripts or performance marketing assets
- Familiarity with project management tools such as Notion, Trello, Airtable, or similar platforms
