Web & Content Operations Assistant (WordPress)

Role Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented WordPress Website Coordinator to manage daily website operations, content publishing, and technical support tasks. You will be responsible for updating pages, managing user access, formatting content, quality-checking branded reports, and supporting marketing activities such as newsletters and social media scheduling. This role also involves light technical tasks including configuration, data management, and running scripts.

Schedule:

  • Mondays to Fridays, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm (UK Time, 40 hours per week)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain WordPress websites, including page updates, page cloning, menu and button changes, form updates, and URL redirects.
  • Publish website content, including uploading articles, formatting pages, managing images, and scheduling content to go live.
  • Create and update staff profile and "Meet the Team" pages using provided templates and content.
  • Run, review, and quality-check reporting processes and branded PDF reports.
  • Coordinate access management by gathering logins, setting up user accounts, and assisting with hosting and IT-related requests.
  • Support the execution of marketing activities by publishing and scheduling newsletters, blog posts, and social media content.
  • Provide administrative and technical support for product and technology-related tasks, including configuration, quality assurance testing, data management, and running scripts.

Job Requirements:

  • Must-Have Qualifications:
      • Proven hands-on experience with WordPress website administration and content management.
      • Strong technical aptitude with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new tools and systems.
      • High level of attention to detail and accuracy when handling website updates, reporting, and administrative tasks.
      • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
      • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines independently.
  • Preferred Qualifications:
    • Experience with Gravity Forms and Advanced Custom Fields (ACF).
    • Familiarity with automation and marketing tools such as Zapier and Mailchimp.
    • Experience using Canva for basic design and content preparation.
    • Understanding of developer workflows and basic website QA processes.
