Overview:
As ProSense continues to expand its digital presence and product offerings, we are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented E-commerce Product Catalogue & Website Content Specialist to support the day-to-day management of our e-commerce operations and digital assets.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in execution, enjoys working with large volumes of information, and takes pride in maintaining accuracy and consistency. The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring our websites remain organised, up to date, and optimised to support both customer experience and future growth initiatives.
While the position includes exposure to SEO and website optimisation, the primary focus will be on e-commerce operations, product catalogue management, digital asset administration, and maintaining the operational backbone of our online platforms.

Responsibilities:
E-commerce & Product Catalogue Management
- Upload, update, and maintain product listings across multiple websites
- Ensure product specifications, descriptions, technical information, and pricing remain accurate and current
- Organize products into appropriate categories and collections
- Upload and maintain product images, manuals, datasheets, and supporting documentation
- Monitor discontinued products and update replacement models where applicable
- Conduct regular audits to ensure consistency and completeness across the product catalogue
- Support improvements to product page quality and customer experience
Website & Digital Operations
- Perform ongoing website updates across multiple company websites
- Create and update landing pages, application pages, and resource pages as required
- Maintain website navigation and content structures
- Identify and resolve broken links, outdated content, and content inconsistencies
- Assist with website enhancement projects and operational improvements
- Ensure downloadable resources remain accessible and functional
Technical Documentation & Resource Library Management
- Upload and maintain manuals, datasheets, software files, firmware updates, and technical resources
- Build and organise digital libraries and knowledge repositories
- Verify that customer-facing downloads and documentation links remain accurate and operational
- Ensure technical information is current and aligned with supplier updates
- Maintain support resources and knowledge base materials
Supplier Information Management
- Maintain supplier databases and contact records
- Organise supplier catalogues and technical documentation
- Monitor supplier communications for new product launches, product changes, and discontinued items
- Assist in onboarding new suppliers and updating associated product information
- Ensure digital filing systems remain organised and easy to navigate
Basic SEO & Content Optimisation Support
- Assist in optimising product and category pages for search engines
- Update SEO titles, meta descriptions, and page content as directed
- Implement internal links between products, categories, and resources
- Support content updates and optimisation initiatives
- Monitor and report basic SEO performance metrics using tools such as Google Search Console
- Assist with maintaining website visibility and discoverability best practices
Requirements:
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Exceptional organisational and administrative abilities
- Experience managing website content and digital assets
- Familiarity with content management systems (CMS)
- Understanding of basic SEO principles and best practices
- Proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office
- Strong file management and documentation skills
- Ability to prioritise workload and manage multiple tasks independently
- Comfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, or Claude to improve efficiency
Desirable Skills:
- Experience with e-commerce: Wix, Shopify, or WordPress
- Experience managing large product catalogues
- Familiarity with Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and Canva
- Exposure to industrial, engineering, manufacturing, or technical products
- Experience in maintaining technical documentation and resource libraries

- Product listings are accurately uploaded and maintained
- Product pages are regularly reviewed and optimized for quality and performance
- Manuals, datasheets, and technical documents are updated based on schedule
- Website updates are delivered within agreed timelines
- Supplier information is kept accurate and consistently maintained
- Resource libraries are organized and easily accessible
- Broken links are promptly identified and fixed
- Internal links are implemented across relevant pages to improve navigation
- Basic SEO tasks are performed and continuously monitored
- Content across all websites is kept accurate, consistent, and up to date
