Customer Support Representative (Jobber & GoHighLevel)

Job Overview

Our client is looking for a highly organized and customer-focused Customer Support Representative to serve as the primary point of contact for customers. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, experience in customer service and administrative support, and familiarity with CRM and field service management platforms. The successful candidate will manage customer interactions across multiple channels, coordinate scheduling activities, maintain accurate records, and contribute to customer retention initiatives. Schedule

  • Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM MST (40 work hours per week)

Responsibilities

  • Customer Communication & Support
    • Handle inbound and outbound customer communications via phone calls, text messages, and email.
    • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, concerns, and service requests.
    • Provide exceptional customer service and maintain positive customer relationships.
    • Follow up with customers regarding outstanding invoices and payment-related inquiries.
    • Serve as the professional front-facing representative of the business.
  • Scheduling & CRM Management
    • Schedule appointments and manage job entries through Jobber.
    • Maintain accurate and detailed customer records within CRM platforms.
    • Document all customer interactions, notes, and updates in a timely manner.
    • Track and manage customer communication workflows through GoHighLevel.
  • Marketing & Administrative Support
    • Assist with customer retention and engagement initiatives.
    • Execute marketing-related tasks, including sending email promotions and customer outreach campaigns.
    • Support administrative processes to ensure efficient daily operations.
    • Generate and submit daily performance reports, including response times and ticket closure metrics.
  • Process Improvement & Automation
    • Learn and assist with basic CRM automation setup and workflow improvements.
    • Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and operational efficiency.
    • Support future backend system enhancements as responsibilities expand.

Requirements

  • Proficient in both written and verbal English communication, conveying ideas clearly and professionally
  • Previous experience in customer service, customer relations, administrative support, or a similar role.
  • Hands-on experience using GoHighLevel and Jobber.
  • Strong phone handling skills and confidence managing a high volume of customer interactions.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
  • Ability to quickly learn new systems and technologies.
  • Professional phone etiquette and customer-first mindset.
  • High level of cultural adaptability and professionalism in a remote work environment.
