Litigation Paralegal (Plaintiff Personal Injury)

Job Overview

Our client is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to support a fast-paced Plaintiff Personal Injury practice. This role is ideal for a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented legal professional who thrives in litigation and takes full ownership of their caseload. The ideal candidate has extensive experience managing personal injury litigation files from pre-suit through trial preparation and possesses a strong understanding of litigation procedures, discovery practice, medical records management, and case organization. This position requires a self-starter who can work independently, manage competing priorities, and communicate effectively with clients, medical providers, opposing counsel, and court personnel. Our client is specifically seeking someone who relies on their legal expertise, critical thinking, and drafting skills rather than AI-generated content, as AI tools cannot be utilized for litigation drafting and case preparation.
