Responsibilities

Recruitment & Candidate Management

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for NDIS and aged care support workers
  • Screen, interview, and assess candidates for suitability and compliance
  • Conduct reference checks and coordinate candidate evaluations
  • Manage candidate pipelines and recruitment workflows through the company’s recruitment systems
  • Maintain consistent communication with applicants throughout the hiring process

Onboarding & Compliance Coordination

  • Coordinate onboarding documentation and compliance requirements for new hires
  • Track and verify worker documentation including police checks, WWCC, NDIS screening checks, certifications, and related compliance records
  • Collaborate with the HR function to ensure onboarding processes remain compliant and organized
  • Maintain accurate employee and candidate records within internal systems

Administrative & Operational Support

  • Provide general recruitment administration and workforce coordination support
  • Assist with email communication, scheduling, and operational follow-ups
  • Support light social media posting or administrative tasks during lower recruitment periods
  • Help build scalable recruitment workflows and onboarding systems as the company grows

 

Requirements

  • Proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or onboarding roles
  • Strong familiarity with the Australian NDIS and/or aged care sectors
  • Experience managing recruitment compliance requirements and onboarding documentation
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple candidates and workflows simultaneously
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Availability during Australian business hours

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience recruiting support workers, carers, or healthcare staff in Australia
  • Familiarity with NDIS worker screening, WWCC, police checks, and aged care compliance processes
  • Experience using recruitment portals, ATS systems, or HR management platforms
  • Experience supporting startup or rapidly growing businesses
  • Background in healthcare, disability services, or workforce coordination
