Job Overview
Our client is seeking a detail-oriented E-Commerce Support Specialist to support UK and European operations. This role is ideal for someone with experience in e-commerce support and customer communication, preferably in interior design, architecture, construction, or related industries. The candidate should be proactive, organized, and able to manage customer inquiries with accuracy and professionalism. Strong attention to detail is essential, as inquiries often include project requirements, measurements, specifications, and quotations, while also supporting the launch and ongoing management of the UK e-commerce platform and acting as a key liaison between customers and the internal project and design team.

Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via email and occasional phone calls regarding products, pricing, quotations, and project specifications
- Gather and organize essential project information from clients, including blueprints, measurements, drawings, and design requirements
- Coordinate with internal project and design teams to ensure accurate and timely responses to customer requests
- Support the launch, maintenance, and ongoing management of the UK e-commerce platform
- Manage and track customer communications to ensure inquiries and follow-ups are handled promptly
- Proactively follow up with customers to move projects, quotations, and orders forward
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and project details
- Learn and understand product-specific terminology, specifications, and processes through training
- Serve as a primary point of contact for UK and European customer inquiries
- Help maintain continuity of service while supporting the company’s expanding e-commerce presence in the UK market
Requirements
- Previous experience in customer service, e-commerce support, or a related client-facing role
- Excellent written English communication skills with a professional and customer-friendly tone
- Strong attention to detail, especially when handling technical or project-related information
- Ability to work independently and manage tasks with minimal supervision
- Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving and follow-up skills
- Comfortable communicating with customers via email and occasional phone calls
- Ability to quickly learn product knowledge and internal processes
- Strong organizational and time management skills
Qualifications
- Experience supporting e-commerce businesses or online product-based companies
- Exposure to interior design, architecture, construction, or design-related products
- Familiarity with handling quotations, project specifications, or technical customer inquiries
- Experience working with UK or European customers is a plus
