Job Overview
Our client is looking for an Operations & Dispatch Coordinator (Home Services) to serve as the central communication hub between customers and field technicians, supporting the overall operational efficiency of a growing home service business.
Schedule

Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST, with 1 hour unpaid break (40 work hours per week)
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and serve as the first point of contact for customers, ensuring a professional and reassuring experience
- Book and manage appointments for service jobs including emergency restoration and routine cleaning services
- Coordinate and dispatch technicians to job sites, ensuring timely arrivals and efficient scheduling
- Communicate with technicians throughout the day to monitor job progress and address any issues that arise
- Maintain smooth daily operations by proactively managing schedules, follow-ups, and customer communications
- Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information about services and scheduling availability
Requirements
- Prior experience in a coordination, dispatch, or operations support role, preferably in a home service or similar industry
- Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to converse smoothly and confidently in English
- Ability to make independent decisions and exercise sound judgment without constant supervision
- High level of attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Proactive problem-solving mindset with the ability to think critically under pressure
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
