Cold Caller

We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Cold Caller to join our dynamic team in the real estate investment sector.

About the Role:

In this position, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients and prospects to generate new business opportunities. You will work from our office environment, utilizing your excellent communication skills to engage with contacts, qualify leads, and schedule appointments with decision-makers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make consistent outbound calls to a targeted list of prospects
• Present company offerings and value propositions clearly and persuasively
• Qualify leads and identify decision-makers
• Schedule meetings and consultations for the sales team
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of all calls and interactions
• Meet or exceed daily and weekly call targets
• Continuously improve call techniques and sales approach based on feedback
