Virtual Paralegal Assistant

Key Responsibilities:
- Answer and manage client calls using cloud-based phone systems
- Schedule client consultations and manage attorney calendars
- Follow up with clients regarding appointments, documents, and case status
- Prepare and send intake forms and retainer agreements
- Organize and maintain digital files and case management systems
- Support email correspondence and general administrative tasks
- Liaise between clients, attorneys, and office staff
- Maintain strict confidentiality and professional standards
