Job Overview
This is a data entry position requiring 20 hours per week with potential to expand to full-time based on performance. The role involves transferring handwritten electrical test results and quotes from paper documentation into digital systems. This position requires accuracy, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently during UK morning hours.
Schedule
- Mon-Fri 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM GMT (20 hours per week)
Responsibilities
- Transfer handwritten electrical test results from paper reports into the online digital reporting system with complete accuracy.
- Input readings and measurements from engineer field assessments into the company database.
- Enter handwritten quotes into the CRM management system following each completed report.
- Process approximately 8 reports per day during scheduled working hours.
- Maintain data integrity and quality control standards across all entries.
Must-Have Requirements
- Proven experience in data entry with demonstrated accuracy and attention to detail.
- Availability to work 4 hours per day Monday through Friday during UK morning hours.
- Strong understanding of basic electrical terminology and technical documentation.
Nice-to-have Requirements
- Previous experience working with electrical, construction, or maintenance industry documentation.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and digital reporting platforms.
