About the Role

We're seeking a dynamic and experienced Appointment Setter to join our growing sales team. In this role, you'll be responsible for identifying and reaching out to key decision-makers across businesses, with a strong focus on cold calling outreach and appointment generation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct cold calling campaigns to prospective businesses and identify the right stakeholders
  • Schedule and set up qualified appointments for the sales team
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential clients
  • Qualify leads and gather relevant business information
  • Meet and exceed appointment setting targets
  • Provide feedback on prospect quality and market insights

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience as an Appointment Setter or similar outbound sales role
  • Strong cold calling skills with excellent communication abilities
  • Background in marketing agencies or B2B sales is highly preferred
  • Experience managing client relations within the Australian market. 
  • Ability to work independently and manage your own pipeline
  • Resilient, confident, and results-driven mindset
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and sales tools
