Appointment Setter & Sales Development Representative
About the Role
We're seeking a dynamic and experienced Appointment Setter to join our growing sales team. In this role, you'll be responsible for identifying and reaching out to key decision-makers across businesses, with a strong focus on cold calling outreach and appointment generation.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct cold calling campaigns to prospective businesses and identify the right stakeholders
- Schedule and set up qualified appointments for the sales team
- Build and maintain relationships with potential clients
- Qualify leads and gather relevant business information
- Meet and exceed appointment setting targets
- Provide feedback on prospect quality and market insights
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as an Appointment Setter or similar outbound sales role
- Strong cold calling skills with excellent communication abilities
- Background in marketing agencies or B2B sales is highly preferred
- Experience managing client relations within the Australian market.
- Ability to work independently and manage your own pipeline
- Resilient, confident, and results-driven mindset
- Proficiency with CRM systems and sales tools
