Job Overview:

We are seeking a part-time Cold Caller / Appointment Setter to drive our outbound B2B outreach to service and trade industries. In this role, you will work approximately 20 hours per week connecting with Australian businesses and building valuable partnerships.
Client Overview:
Our client is a strong player in the Australian service and trade industries. They are heavily focused on high-impact B2B outreach to expand their commercial network. Through strategic appointment setting, they consistently build and nurture strong, long-term business partnerships.
Schedule:
- Monday - Friday, 9:30 AM – 11:30 AM Sydney time or 1:30 PM – 3:30 PM Sydney time (20h per week)
Responsibilities:
- Conduct cold calls to service and trade businesses in the Australian market.
- Set appointments with qualified prospects through effective outreach.
- Maintain professional communication standards during all client interactions.
- Follow established scripts and processes for outbound calling campaigns.
- Track and report on call outcomes and appointment conversions.
Must-have Requirements:
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in cold calling or telemarketing.
- Excellent English communication skills with clear and professional phone presence.
- Experience with B2B cold calling and appointment setting.
Nice-to-have Requirements:
- Previous experience working with Australian businesses or clients.
- Senior-level experience in cold calling with a proven track record of success.
