Position: Property Sales Consultant
We are seeking experienced and motivated Property Sales Consultants to join our growing real estate team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing inbound leads, building client relationships, and closing residential or commercial property sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to and qualify inbound property inquiries from potential buyers and sellers
- Conduct property consultations and needs assessments with clients
- Present property listings and investment opportunities to prospective clients
- Negotiate contracts and close sales transactions
- Maintain detailed client records and follow up on leads
- Provide expert advice on market trends and property valuations
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets
Required Qualifications:
- Proven track record in real estate sales or similar client-facing sales role
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach
- Valid real estate license (or willingness to obtain)
- Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office
