Spanish Bilingual Bookkeeper (Zoho CRM)

Overview

Join a dynamic, small travel company that curates incredible international trips to destinations like Japan and Thailand. We are seeking a detail-oriented, Spanish bilingual professional to manage our dual-currency financial operations across our US and Peruvian bank accounts. If you thrive in a remote environment and have a knack for keeping financial systems flawlessly organized, we want you on our team!

Schedule:

  • Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM EST (Eastern Standard Time)

Responsibilities

  • Record and categorize all incoming and outgoing transactions in both US and Peruvian bank accounts within the CRM system.
  • Locate, organize, and file proper documentation including invoices, receipts, and backup paperwork for each financial transaction.
  • Collaborate with engineering team to ensure Chase bank integration with Zoho CRM is functioning properly and all transactions are accurately reflected.
  • Participate in project to implement drag-and-drop functionality for Peruvian account information into the CRM system.
  • Verify that all financial movements shown in the CRM match actual bank account activity across both countries.

Must-Have Requirements

  • Proven experience in bookkeeping for US-based companies.
  • Fluency in both English and Spanish with excellent communication skills.
  • Experience working with Zoho CRM or similar customer relationship management platforms.

Nice-to-Have Requirements

  • Familiarity with Peruvian accounting practices and regulations.
  • Previous experience working with Chase bank integrations or multi-country financial systems.
  • Experience in the travel or tourism industry.
