About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Virtual Assistant to join our marketing team and manage our social media presence. This is a key position for a growing professional training and coaching organization looking to expand its digital engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and curate social media content across platforms, with a focus on Instagram
  • Create and schedule Instagram Stories and engage with story content
  • Build and nurture our online community through active engagement and interaction
  • Respond to comments, messages, and community inquiries in a timely manner
  • Support general administrative tasks related to social media management
  • Monitor community trends and provide insights to improve engagement
  • Assist with content calendar planning and scheduling
