Overview:

The client is a luxury real estate media production company that specializes in high-end property content. They produce a large volume of photos weekly and deliver premium video content for luxury real estate clients.

We are looking for Senior Luxury Real Estate Video Editor (Final Cut Pro) who can work independently and grow within the position while handling high-end video deliverables. The ideal candidate will have strong creative capabilities and be able to produce luxury real estate content that meets premium quality standards.

Schedule: Mon - Fri, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM | Flexible Hours Eastern Time Zone

Responsibilities:

• Edit high-end luxury real estate videos using Final Cut Pro to deliver premium quality content

• Manage video production timelines and deliver completed projects efficiently within expected timeframes

• Communicate proactively about project progress and any potential bottlenecks in the editing workflow

• Maintain consistency in visual style and quality across all video deliverables

• Adapt quickly to feedback and refine edits to meet the specific creative vision of each project

Must-Have Requirements:

• 5+ years of proven video editing experience or demonstrated high-level expertise in real estate media or luxury content production

• Expert proficiency in Final Cut Pro on Mac operating systems

• Strong creative capabilities with a portfolio demonstrating high-end video production work

• Excellent cognitive skills with ability to adapt and learn quickly in a niche specialized field

• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently with minimal training required

Nice-to-Have Requirements:

• Experience with DaVinci Resolve or other professional video editing software

• Previous experience specifically in luxury real estate media production

• Portfolio samples with documented turnaround times demonstrating efficiency and quality balance
