Job Overview

This role supports the transition from in-person to online and remote business operations by managing backend technical systems and marketing functions. The position requires setting up and maintaining automated systems, creating marketing campaigns, and managing digital content on specialized wellness industry platforms. This is a part-time role with 20 hours per week to start, offering flexibility while supporting business growth and passive income development.

Schedule: Monday–Friday | 20 hours per week (Flexible Schedule)
Client Timezone: Mountain Standard Time (MST - Arizona)

Responsibilities

• Set up and manage automated booking and scheduling systems on the existing website platform.
• Create and manage email newsletter campaigns and automated email marketing sequences.
• Edit and install video content for online courses on the website platform.
• Create and manage paid advertising campaigns to promote online courses and remote services.
• Perform website editing and updates to optimize user experience and service offerings.
• Manage backend technical operations including calendar systems and client booking workflows.
• Develop and execute online marketing strategies to attract remote clients and course participants.

Must-Have Requirements

• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in digital marketing or marketing assistant roles.
• Proven experience with website platforms such as Kajabi or similar course hosting platforms.
• Strong technical skills in setting up automated systems including email campaigns, booking calendars, and scheduling tools.
• Demonstrated ability to create and manage paid advertising campaigns.
• Experience with video editing and content installation on digital platforms.
• Excellent communication skills for coordinating with the client and managing multiple projects.

Nice-To-Have Requirements

• Familiarity with FEA Create platform or similar female-entrepreneur-focused website tools.
• Background or active interest in the wellness, spirituality, or holistic health industries.
• Experience working with clients who offer online courses or digital products.
• Knowledge of marketing strategies specific to service-based wellness businesses.
