We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Bookkeeper to join our accounting firm. You will work alongside our experienced accounting team to provide comprehensive bookkeeping support and ensure the smooth operation of our financial processes.

About the Role

This is a full-time position supporting an established accounting practice. You will be responsible for managing day-to-day bookkeeping tasks, maintaining accurate financial records, and assisting our senior accounting staff with various administrative and financial duties.

Key Responsibilities

  • Record and categorize financial transactions
  • Maintain general ledgers and account reconciliations
  • Process invoices, expenses, and payments
  • Prepare financial statements and reports
  • Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures
  • Support the lead accountant with client accounting needs
  • Maintain organized financial documentation and files

  • Proven bookkeeping experience
