About The Role

You will be responsible for editing and producing high-quality video content for YouTube, including:

• Editing long-form YouTube videos with attention to pacing, transitions, and visual appeal
• Creating engaging YouTube Shorts from existing long-form content
• Designing eye-catching YouTube thumbnails that drive clicks and engagement
• Ensuring all content meets platform-specific requirements and best practices

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in video editing, preferably for YouTube
• Proficiency with video editing software and design tools
• Strong understanding of YouTube best practices and current trends
• Excellent attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills
• Ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines
• Portfolio demonstrating previous video editing and thumbnail design work
