About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Telesales Representative to join our sales team. In this position, you will be responsible for generating qualified leads and building relationships with healthcare professionals through outbound calling and virtual engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls to healthcare professionals to identify and qualify potential business opportunities
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects through consistent follow-up
  • Present solutions and value propositions clearly and persuasively to decision-makers
  • Accurately document all interactions and progress in CRM systems
  • Meet or exceed weekly and monthly lead generation targets
  • Collaborate with the sales team to refine messaging and improve conversion rates

Required Qualifications

  • Proven experience in telesales, lead generation, or inside sales
  • Excellent communication and active listening skills
  • Strong ability to handle objections and maintain professionalism
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple calls daily
  • Proficiency with CRM software and computer systems

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in healthcare or medical device sales
  • Familiarity with the healthcare industry and medical terminology
