Bookkeeper

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Bookkeeper to join our team in the Apparel & Fashion industry. This role will be instrumental in maintaining accurate financial records and supporting our accounting operations throughout the year.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate and organized financial records using accounting software
• Process and reconcile business transactions and expenses
• Assist with entity setup and tax-related documentation
• Support loan agreement tracking and related financial documentation
• Prepare financial data for tax season review and filing
• Ensure all financial records are current and compliant
• Collaborate with accounting and finance teams as needed

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or similar accounting role
• Proficiency with accounting software platforms
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to manage financial records and transactions accurately
• Understanding of basic accounting principles
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in the Fashion or Retail industry
• Knowledge of tax preparation processes
• Familiarity with business credit management
