Civil & Structural Drafter
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Civil & Structural Drafter to join our team on a project basis. You will be responsible for producing detailed technical drawings and documentation for civil and structural engineering projects, ensuring compliance with relevant codes and standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and modify technical drawings using AutoCAD and REVIT software
- Develop detailed civil and structural engineering documentation
- Ensure all drawings comply with applicable codes and standards
- Collaborate with engineering teams to translate designs into accurate drawings
- Review and revise drawings based on feedback and project requirements
- Maintain accurate project documentation and filing systems
Required Skills and Experience
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and REVIT
- Strong knowledge of civil and structural engineering principles
- Familiarity with Australian codes and standards
- Ability to read and interpret engineering specifications
- Excellent attention to detail and technical accuracy
- Strong communication and organisational skills
Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proven experience in civil and structural drafting
