The Role:
Working closely with our Property and Experts, you will play a vital role in ensuring a seamless client and tenant journey by maintaining accurate records, supporting compliance initiatives, and delivering high-quality administrative support across the lettings function.
A key focus of the role will be assisting with ongoing compliance audits, ensuring that all required landlord and property documentation, certifications, and records are accurately maintained and readily available.

With a strong focus on compliance, operational excellence, and customer experience, we are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Property Compliance & Lettings Administrator to join our growing team.
Schedule:
- Mondays to Thursdays, 9:00 am to 5:30 pm (On Tuesdays, work starts at 8:45 am for team meetings)
- Fridays, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm
- UK Time, 40 hours per week
Key Responsibilities:
- Property Compliance & Audit Support
- Assist with property compliance audits to ensure all required landlord and property documentation is held and up to date.
- Verify and maintain compliance-related records, certificates, and supporting documentation.
- Monitor documentation expiry dates and support renewal processes where required.
- Conduct regular audits of systems and records to ensure compliance and accuracy.
- Lettings Administration
- Support Property and Lettings Experts with tenancy administration and day-to-day operational tasks.
- Validate tenancy documentation, workflows, and records for accuracy and completeness.
- Maintain and update CRM systems and internal databases.
- Process administrative tasks relating to landlord and tenant onboarding, tenancy progression, and ongoing management.
- Compliance & Legislation Support
- Develop and maintain knowledge of UK lettings legislation and compliance requirements.
- Provide guidance and support to the wider team on compliance-related processes.
- Ensure company procedures align with current regulatory requirements.
- Supplier & Stakeholder Coordination
- Liaise with suppliers, contractors, and third-party providers as required.
- Support the management of supplier relationships and administrative coordination.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a positive experience for landlords and tenants.
Requirements:
- Essential
- Previous experience in administration, compliance, property administration, or a similar detail-focused role.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Experience working with CRM systems and maintaining data integrity.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a remote team.

- Experience working within the UK property, lettings, real estate, or property management sector.
- Understanding of UK tenancy administration and compliance requirements.
- Experience conducting audits, document validation, or compliance reviews.
